This pristine Scott Specialty album provides spaces for British postal stamps from the Penny Black all the way through modern issues from 2007, populated by several hundred issues across a fragmented but genuinely appealing framework. The album itself is in exceptional condition, with clean pages throughout that are ready to accommodate a lifetime of additions across one of the most expansive and well-structured Great Britain albums available.
The existing collection offers a solid starting framework across several distinct areas. A nice turn of the 20th century portion anchors the classic era, a scattered back-of-the-book section adds specialty depth, and another couple hundred issues spread across the broader 20th century fill in additional gaps along the way. The fragmented nature of the coverage is honestly described, but for a collector looking to rehome an existing British portfolio currently sitting in temporary housing, this album represents an ideal and immediately usable destination.
Condition on stamps present is generally Very Fine throughout, with mint stamps showing original gum.
