Eight volumes of Scott International albums form the organizational backbone, though generally sparsely populated, making it clear the original collector simply ran out of time to transplant thousands of stamps from binder into album. A charming vintage Scott International album, relatively much more densely populated, adds further character to a lot being offered exactly as received.
