BELGIUM – Very nice Scott Specialty album with pristine pages populated with roughly a thousand different issues tracing Belgian philately from the middle of the 19th century all the way into the late 1970s! Including a compact colonial portion! The collection is primarily focused on the first half of the 20th century, as both portions, regular and back-of-the-book (the latter is dominated by semi-postal issues), are most comprehensively populated throughout 1930s and 40s! While overall coverage varies throughout, this collection provides a solid framework for anyone looking to build upon, and thus would make an ideal option for anyone looking to rehome their Belgium portfolio, or start forming one!
