Description
NETHERLANDS – MINT/USED 2 IN 1 COLLECTIONS – Roughly 1,000 Issues – Here is a very nice parallel NETHERLANDS collection of roughly a thousand mint and used issues tracing Dutch stamps from the very dawn of philately into the 1960s, presented in a domestic album. While the mint portion includes noteworthy standouts like #45, 46, 47, 50, 69, 79, 80, 102-103, 107-109, 137-139, B50-B53, B58-B61, B77-B80, among others, once the collection restarts with its used portion it becomes very comprehensively populated right from the beginning, boasting premium standouts like used #1-3, 4-6 (2), 7-12, 17-22, 23-33, 51-54, 83-86, and much more.
This dual-track approach makes the lot equally attractive to the collector looking to strengthen a Dutch portfolio across the full century-long axis with both mint and used examples and to the dealer or accumulator seeking organized Netherlands material with strong catalog backing in both conditions from classics through mid-20th century. Condition throughout is generally Very Fine, mint original gum.
