GERMANY – MINT POST WWII COLLECTION IN PAIR OF HINGELESS LIGHTHOUSE ALBUMS AND MORE – Very nice modern collection of several thousand different issues covering the second half of the 20th century in a well-rounded manner presented in three volumes, including a pair of pristine hingeless Lighthouse albums (retail value for the latter two empty albums alone would be in the region of $500!) The collection provides spaces for stamps starting in the 1930s, but includes only issues from late stages of Third Reich, early Bund, and even Berlin – making for a comprehensive collection running various subsections of German philately during the 2nd half of the 20th century. While the collection is not 100% complete, it provides a great framework for anyone looking to finish the 20th century Germania!
