CHINA – Expansive National Selection, ~3,000 Issues – Here is an expansive CHINA selection of some three thousand mint and used issues tracing Chinese postal stamps from the turn of the 20th century through the last quarter of the 1900s, presented in a neat Scott numbered stock book. The volume is slightly eclectic with some stamps arranged directly on pages while others are packed in glassines and placed roughly in the correct area, but either way the lot is packed with value showcasing premium singles and sets throughout, including a never hinged Emperors Set and so much more.
The lot carries huge catalog value and, combined with generally minimal duplication, will surely appeal equally to collectors seeking comprehensive Chinese material across the full 20th century and to dealers looking for resale potential with controlled duplication levels across premium singles and sets. Condition throughout is generally Very Fine, mint original gum, many never hinged.
